North Devon Women's Refuge with monetary donations, the regular supply of toiletries and the ongoing maintenance of part of the gardens. Barnstaple Poverty Action Group with the provision of food, toiletries and winter shelter. Barnstaple in Bloom by the financial sponsorship and ongoing maintenance of a flowerbed at Barnstaple Railway Station. The two local Children’s Contact Centres by acting as volunteers. Members also represent the Club on various local committees, and support groups such as Barnstaple Community Alliance, Torridge Community Alliance, the local Poverty Action groups, CAB etc.
